This is my Coach @doitlikedani Protein French Toast!
I haven’t made it in awhile & when she posted hers the other day I was like, “yup having that this week”❤️❤️
➡️ 2 slices 45 calorie bread
3/6 tbsp egg whites
1 scoop Quest Cinnamon Toast Crunch Powder (whatever protein powder you like)
I also added reduced fat coconut shavings in my batter.
Soak your bread
Put on skillet, cook both sides & I sprinkled cinnamon on top.
➡️Topped with crunchy PB, Honey Pecan cream cheese, blueberries, Walden farms pancake syrup, & drizzle of honey.
